We have completed over 2000 inspections. All home inspections are conducted as per the strict and comprehensive Massachusetts Home Inspection Standards of Practice, including Structural, Electrical, Heating and Air Conditioning Systems, Water Heating Systems, The Roof, Plumbing, The Attic, Bathrooms And Kitchens. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time we are finished. Inspection reports are emailed the same day as the inspection.
The owner performs all home inspections and is a Massachusetts Licensed Home Inspector (#1057). He is a Board Certified Master Inspector and a member in good standing with InterNACHI, (The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Additionally, Derek holds certifications as a Radon Tester and a Wood Destroying Insect Registry Inspector through the New England Pest Management Association, Inc. (NEPMA).
