We are a family-owned home inspection company that has conducted home inspections since 2010.
We have completed over 2000 inspections. All home inspections are conducted as per the strict and comprehensive Massachusetts Home Inspection Standards of Practice, including Structural, Electrical, Heating and Air Conditioning Systems, Water Heating Systems, The Roof, Plumbing, The Attic, Bathrooms And Kitchens. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time we are finished. Inspection reports are emailed the same day as the inspection.
For more than 10 years our inspector has provided honest, objective, and thorough inspection reports. From the first contact with us through the inspection delivery and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism.
The owner performs all home inspections and is a Massachusetts Licensed Home Inspector (#1057). He is a Board Certified Master Inspector and a member in good standing with InterNACHI, (The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Additionally, Derek holds certifications as a Radon Tester through the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP), and a Wood Destroying Insect Registry Inspector through the New England Pest Management Association, Inc. (NEPMA).
